- The lid does not sit on the box securely which results in it slipping off when putting it away in a cabinet. But at least it does have a box for all the blades to stay together.
- One biggest complaint is when you take the top off, the black insert falls out. There should be some kind of clip mechanism to keep it in place until you want to take it out for cleaning.
- Another thing you need to be aware of is chopping the onions with the blades. It can turn into onion “soup”, if you don’t use the slicer disks. However, once you figure out what kind of veggie should use what kind of blade or slicer disks, they will turn out great.
- The feed chute is large enough to accommodate a mid-sized potato or zucchini, but it is smaller than the Cuisinart and you have to cut the fruit or veggie in half occasionally.
- A few people made comments on food getting stuck. They have seen there is a small piece of fruit or veggie that doesn’t get grated or sliced when using the shredding and slicing blades. The piece of food will get stuck between the lid and the blade and then spin around and around until you remove it.
